Kate’s Estate Sales & Liquidation offers compassionate and professional In-home estate sales. A stress-free and convenient way of liquidating an entire household for various reasons: loss of a loved one, downsizing, moving to assisted-living, retirement. Our estate sales are an open house for antique buyers and dealers, collectors, decorators, bargain hunters seeking treasures to re-sell and casual shoppers out to purchase a gently-used personal, items for sale in a casual and friendly atmosphere.

Estate Sale Process

The process begins when you call us for a free consultation - (760) 991-7948. At that consultation, you will determine which items will be for sale, agree on terms, and prepare a contract. With a signed contract, the date for the estate sale is confirmed.

It usually takes us about a week or two prior to the estate sale (depending on the amount of items for sale and how much work is involved) to set up for the sale.

Once we arrive to start our services, we will lightly clean, stage your home getting it ready for the estate sale, research and price items, and advertise the sale via Estatesales.net, various other online platforms, and our extensive email customer list. We also use our own signage the day of the sales to direct local traffic to your home.

We bring our own tables, display cases, and clothing racks if necessary.

Our #1 goal is to make you the most money possible in the least amount of time. And for you to have a hassle/worry free experience, we understand this is a very overwhelming task. Leave all the work to us. There is no need to clean out the house other than to remove the items you wish to keep.

There are No up front fees or costs. We charge a percentage off of the total proceeds.
