For all unsold items after the sale; If there are any items worth money we will post those on online platforms to further try to sell for you just to maximize your return. We will discuss all the options for the unsold items during our initial consultation, but ultimately its completely up to you and what fits your wants and needs best! Whether you want us to handle the donations for you or if you'd like to handle it yourself. Either way is no problem for us- we are here to help anyway you need us!
Typically, we provide a sales receipt within 2 to 10 days after the completion of the estate sale. All final payments will be made by check, and mailed directly to you!
